Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. At Pondicherry Cabs, we strive to make cancellations and refunds simple, fair, and transparent.

In rare situations, if we must cancel due to vehicle unavailability or unavoidable reasons (breakdown, emergency, weather), customers will receive a full refund of any advance payment made. We will also make every effort to arrange an alternate vehicle of similar class.

4. No Show Policy

If the customer fails to show up at the pickup location or does not respond to calls/messages after vehicle arrival, the booking will be treated as a “No Show” and may not be eligible for refund.

5. Partial Refunds

If the trip is cut short by the customer mid-way, charges will apply based on the distance covered, minimum kilometre rule, and applicable driver bata. Remaining balance, if any, may be refunded at our discretion.

Note: All refunds are subject to verification and approval by Pondicherry Cabs. Any delay due to banking or technical issues is beyond our control, but we strive to complete refunds promptly.
